Absorption Panel

Three panel types, perforated steel, Pyrosonic glass cloth and fabric, to cut echo and noise build-up in factories, test rooms, offices and halls.

Absorption Panel
Hard walls and ceilings reflect sound, so noise builds up and speech becomes hard to understand. Absorption panels take in that sound energy through a porous fiberglass core, cutting echo and reverberation and making rooms quieter and more comfortable. We offer three panel types for different spaces: perforated steel panels for factories, machine rooms and test rooms, Pyrosonic glass-cloth panels where fire safety matters, and fabric acoustic panels for offices, studios and public interiors.

Key features

  • Three panel types for industrial and architectural spaces
  • Wide-band absorption: NRC 1.0 (perforated steel panel)
  • Non-combustible fiberglass cores
  • Moisture-, mould- and corrosion-resistant options
  • Choice of colours, sizes and finishes
  • Supply and installation by our team

Perforated steel panel

Perforated steel panel

SP Perforated Acoustic Panels reduce echo and reverberation across a wide range of frequencies, making rooms quieter and more comfortable. Each panel combines a 50 mm high-density fiberglass core with a tough perforated steel face, giving you strong sound absorption with the durability of metal. Safety comes first. The fiberglass core is non-combustible and does not spread fire, absorbs almost no moisture, and resists mold and bacteria. The powder-coated steel surface stands up to impact, moisture, acids, and alkalis, and can be cleaned without losing performance, so the panels keep working for many years. Panels are easy to install and can be finished in a wide choice of powder-coat colors to match your design, making them suitable for everything from factories and machine rooms to offices, auditoriums, and public spaces.
Built for wide-band absorption

Built for wide-band absorption

A 50 mm high-density fiberglass core sits behind a perforated steel face (Ø2.5 mm holes at 5 mm pitch), held in a frame. Sound passes through the holes and is absorbed in the core, giving an absorption coefficient close to 1.0 from about 400 Hz upwards: NRC 1.0, SAA 0.98.
Pyrosonic glass-cloth panel

Pyrosonic glass-cloth panel

Made from high-density fiberglass (32 kg/m³) wrapped in fire-resistant glass cloth with an acrylic fire-retardant finish, Pyrosonic gives strong sound absorption and better fire safety in one panel. It does not spread flame, is safe for health, installs easily and lasts for years. Choose 50 mm for offices, meeting rooms and commercial spaces, or 75 mm for a higher NRC in studios, rehearsal rooms and other critical listening spaces.

Finished on 5 or 6 sides

Each Pyrosonic panel has a glass-cloth face, a high-density fiberglass core and a glass-cloth back. 5-sided finish for wall- or ceiling-mounted panels, where the back is hidden. 6-sided finish for freestanding panels and acoustic partitions, where every side is visible.
Fabric acoustic panel

Fabric acoustic panel

Fabric acoustic panels reduce echo and reverberation while keeping a clean, modern look. They are made from rigid high-density glass fiber board (48 kg/m³) covered with acoustically transparent fabric, with chemically hardened edges in several edge designs. A smart alternative to stretched fabric wall systems.
