Sound QC

Each machine will have its own sound level and frequency characteristics. The frequency of the sound will indicate the internal components of each machine type.
At present, most of the inspection and quality control of products on the production line in industrial factories are performed by auscultation using the senses of experienced people. as a criterion for judging quality which has a high chance of human error
He principle of detecting abnormalities in machinery is based on the concept of machine fingerprinting or analyzing the unique acoustic spectrum of the machine. It is similar to analyzing a fingerprint. By examining the frequency spectrum of the machine’s sound, it becomes possible to differentiate between machines that are functioning properly and those that have issues. Furthermore, this method can also identify specific problems or abnormalities in the machinery.
